Visa Requirements!
 

Ghana, Togo, and Benin require a visa (stamp on passport [must have a passport to travel in Africa. Apply now, because it takes generally two weeks to process. Can apply at any post office in the US]) for permission to enter their countries. The application requirements vary from country to country. You can download visa applications forms from their websites: Ghana, www.Ghanaembassy.org; and Benin, www.Beninembassy.us. You can call the Togolese embassy at (202) 234-4212 to obtain information on its visa application process.

GENERAL INFORMATION: 

Visa application fee for both Benin and Togo is $ 100 (One hundred dollars) for each applicant (the fee is the same for single or multiple entry visa). The visa application fee for Ghana is $50 for single entry visa and $80 for multiple entry visa. Money orders or certified checks are only accepted (sometimes cash if you apply in person). Generally, it takes 48 hours for the issuance of a visa.

Please note that it takes generally two weeks to process passport application and two to three days to process visa application. Plan accordingly!
